Transforming Lives
Through The Power Of Prayer

     PrayerWorks is a ministry that God has ordained to transform lives through the power of prayer. It began formally in 2002 as an anointed day of prayer, praise and worship for the women of God. Since 2006, we have hosted weekend women's retreats in the Poconos area. Each year, God has manifested His power and demonstrated the great love that He has for us, His daughters.     
 

     A PrayerWorks retreat is uniquely designed and orchestrated to minister to our needs as women of God. We pray that each woman who steps across the threshold is able to lay down the burdens and pressures which come with carrying multiple roles- and step into an atmosphere in which we can receive strength, guidance and power from our Heavenly Father.   
 

     Our theme for 2009 is "HE RESTORETH MY SOUL." Are there areas in your life that are crying out for restoration? Whether you are a sister in ministry, a wife, a single mom, or a new Christian- we believe that God has something for you at PrayerWorks. We want you to know that you are special to us and that we love you with the love of the Lord. "Call unto me and I will answer thee and shew thee great and mighty things which you know not of." Jeremiah 33:3.
