We greet you in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus! PrayerWorks Women’s Retreat is back! Many have expressed disappointment that we did not hold a retreat in 2010. Well, my sisters, God was reserving for His elect daughters a special time and place for us to commune with Him and with each other in 2011. PrayerWorks is pleased to announce our first ever “Mother’s Day Weekend Retreat”, May 6th-8th at a new location, the lovely Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center.
Our theme will be “After This…”, from John 16:21 which reads “A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world”. 1 Peter 5:10 further encourages us that the God of all grace “after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” After this… after your struggle, after your travail, the Holy Spirit declares that you will be perfected and that your joy will be full!
